AMBER ALERT: Abducted 3-year-old Texas girl needs ‘life-sustaining’ medical equipment and medications

Texas authorities have issued an AMBER Alert for a 3-year-old girl allegedly abducted by a 30-year-old woman, College Station police said.

Adeline Paige Welch has medical conditions and “is in immediate danger of death or serious bodily injury,” police said. She was last seen at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday night, and was possibly in the Dallas-Fort Worth area early Thursday morning.

The describe the girl as 3 feet tall, 26 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing pink jeans and a white shirt with buttons on the collar.

The suspect is Maranda Nicole Nichols, described as 5 feet tall and 110 pounds with green eyes. She has shaved her head, but she may be wearing a wig.

She may be driving a 2006 Toyota Highlander with Texas plates, MWS8187. The vehicle also has a “Princess on Board” sticker in the rear window.
