Missing Tennessee Boy, Kentucky Girl May Now Be in Michigan With Non-Custodial Father

Authorities in northern Michigan are looking for a 3-year-old Tennessee boy who hasn’t been seen since November 6 and is believed to be in the custody of his non-custodial father.

Noah Clare is described as 3 feet 5 inches tall and 40 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, as CrimeOnline previously reported. He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a camouflage shirt, and black shoes.

His father, 35-year-old Jacob Clare, is wanted for custodial interference in Gallatin, Tennessee. He is 6 feet 7 inches tall and 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Father and son may be with 16-year-old Amber Clare, Jacob’s niece, who was reported missing from Beaver Dam, Kentucky, on November 5.

Michigan State Police issued an alert saying the three could be in the area of Harbor Springs in a silver Subaru Outback with Tennessee plates.

MSP asked anyone with information to contact Gaylord Area Regional Dispatch at 989-732-5141 or call 911.
