Gabby Petito’s Father Joins in Search for Missing Mother of Five, Not Seen in Weeks

The father of Gabby Petito has joined in the efforts to find a missing New York mother of five who hasn’t been seen in weeks.

Melissa Molinari, 38, was last seen on November 21 when she left her vehicle at her Centereach home off of Lolly Lane. Patch reports that Molinari has no known medical issues. A friend reported Molinari missing but at this point, their identity remains confidential.

Police declined to say if Molinari’s disappearance was suspicious, but added that “the circumstances are under investigation.”

Gabby’s father, Joe Petito, shared Molinari’s information on Twitter and called his followers “amazing” for sharing Molinari’s case. His own daughter was found deceased earlier this year in Utah, after taking a cross-country road trip with her boyfriend, Brian Laundrie.

Petito’s death was ruled a homicide and Laundrie later took his own life after traveling home to Florida.

Molina is described as a white female who stands 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. She has red hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information about Molina’s whereabouts should contact Suffolk County Sixth Precinct at 631-854-8652 or Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS.
