Amber Alert: Tennessee Investigators Looking for Missing Teen Who May Be With Criminal Suspect Boyfriend

Authorities in Tennessee have issued an Amber Alert for a missing teen they believe may be with her 18-year-old boyfriend against her will.

The Knoxville Police Department said 16-year-old Holly Piper was last seen at the Cook Out fast food restaurant on Cumberland Avenue in Knoxville at about 3 a.m. on Monday. She is believed to have left with 18-year-old William “Dylan” Usry, who has “an extenseve criminal history.”

That history includes “DUI, multiple counts of aggravated assault, evading arrest, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony from an incident in Oak Ridge,” Knoxville police said.

“Usry has a court date on those charges on March 2, and it is believed that he is actively fleeing to avoid his court date and that he has possible coerced Holly into leaving against her will,” the department said.

Piper is described as 5’7” and 125 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes, and she has a septum piercing. Usry is described as 6’2″ and 175 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

The two are believed to be an a 1999 white Dodge Caravan with rust spots on the roof and Tennessee tag number BMM5038.
