A 9-year-old New York boy was reportedly killed minutes after arriving in the Dominican Republic on Wednesday, and five suspects have been arrested for his slaying.
WABC reported that Gioser Luis Féliz, 9, was fatally shot in the head in Santiago. Féliz and his father had gotten into a car at Cibao International Airport — but, moments later, robbers targeted the vehicle.
