An arrest warrant out of Caldwell County, Missouri, has been issued for Garland Joseph “Joey” Nelson, in connection with the disappearance of two missing Wisconsin brothers.  Nelson, 25, of Braymer, was charged with one felony count of tampering with a motor vehicle within the jurisdiction of Caldwell County.
