Detectives investigating the disappearance of Texas State student Jason Landry face hurdles as physical search ends

Items found in Jason Landry’s car were not taken into evidence, and were turned over to the family shortly after the totaled car was found. When deputies traveled to retrieve the items, they found that Landry’s cell phone was locked.
