A California woman is facing charges for allegedly killing a 6-year-old with her vehicle before fleeing the scene. According to The San Diego Union-Tribune, 32-year-old Tiffany Sanchez has been charged with suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run, in connection with the death of Hudson O’Loughlin.
