Cincinnati’s 911 system and police failed Kyle Plush when the 16-year-old pleaded for help while trapped and crushed by a seat in his minivan. The sophomore was found dead in a high school parking lot hours after two desperate calls to emergency dispatchers. Nancy Grace looks at what happened and asks why police failed to get out of their patrol cars to search for Kyle.
