Danielle Bregoli may be on her way to becoming an unlikely millionaire thanks to a few seconds of her appearance on the Dr. Phil show, but she’s not about to let a retailer cash in on her fame without giving her credit.
According to TMZ, Bregoli’s attorneys sent a cease-and-desist letter to Walmart, demanding the mega-retailer stop selling a clothing line brandished with her famous threat: “Cash me outside, how bout dah?”
The legal team has also demanded that Walmart reveal how much the store has earned from the merchandise, possibly in preparation to ask for a portion of the proceeds.
As of earlier this year, Bregoli reportedly had a net worth of $200,000 dollars, with that figure about to go way up now that the troublemaking teen has signed on to star in her own reality show.
Ed note: An earlier version of this story mistakenly stated that Bregoli’s net worth was $200,000 million dollars, which was a syntax error.
