Serial predator using dating app accused of kidnapping, raping, burning woman with blowtorch; may have over a dozen ‘sex slave’ victims

The suspect allegedly forces his victims into “sex slave contracts”

Police in Pennsylvania are searching for victims of a man they believe is a serial sexual predator who held women captive as sex slaves.

Seth Mull, 30, has been in police custody since late October when he was charged with sexual assault. Mull is accused of holding a 24-year-old woman he met on a dating site against her will in a hotel room. He allegedly strangled her, raped her, and burned her with a blowtorch, CBS Pittsburgh reports.

The woman told police he forced her to snort cocaine and smoke methamphetamine; he also told her “she was his property and was not allowed to say ‘no’ to him.”

When she told him she wanted to leave, the suspect allegedly threatened to kill her family and friends.

After Mull was arrested and the case was publicized, over 12 women came forward to police claiming that Mull victimized them as well.

Now, police are asking that anyone who may have been victimized by Mull to come forward. District attorney John Morganelli said there may be victims in New Jersey, Chicago, California, and Hawaii.

“We do believe there are more young girls that have been traumatized, raped, sexually assaulted, strangled, threatened who may be in fear. Our concern is for their well-being. Come work with us. We will get you through this process.”

Bethlehem police Chief Mark DiLuzio said Mull “travels and leaves behind the carnage,” which is why there may be more victims in so many areas.

Police said Mull presents his victims with “sex slave contracts” and treats the women as his “property.” Morganelli said he forces the women to take part in orgies and forces them into prostitution.
