Bombshell new information uncovered by ‘Crime Stories’ investigation

Child Protection Service documents obtained by Crime Stories detail shocking allegations of physical and sexual abuse against Earl Kimrey, the man charged with dumping little Mariah Woods’ body in a North Carolina swamp.

According to the documents, a witness inside the home allegedly saw “Mr. Kimrey put his penis in the mouth” of Mariah Woods. The documents also allege Mariah’s mother “knew Mr. Kimrey was sexually abusing the juvenile Mariah.”

The documents allege that “the respondent mother is aware that Mr. Kimrey abuses substances including pot, heroin, and methamphetamines.”  Further, the documents state that Mr. Kimrey physically abused Mariah’s juvenile siblings, including punching a 10-year-old boy in the face.

The live-in boyfriend of 3-year-old Mariah’s mother is jailed on $1 million bond on charges including obstruction of justice and hiding a body of someone who died of unnatural causes. No one has yet been charged directly for the toddler’s death, but the sheriff says new charges could follow the completion of the autopsy report.

During his first court appearance on Monday morning, Kimrey wore body armor as while five armed guards surrounded him. He’s yet to enter a plea.
