Nicole Eggert plans to file sexual battery report against Scott Baio: Report

Nicole Eggert is reportedly on her way back to Los Angeles to file a police report against Scott Baio for sexual battery, according to TMZ.

“I’m headed to LA. I’m going to meet with a special unit that handles these kinds of cases,” Eggert told a TMZ reporter on Weds. as she walked out of the NYC Peninsula Hotel. “He [Baio] asked for it; that’s what we’re going to do.”

When asked if she planned to file a lawsuit as well, Eggert declined to comment.

The incident stems from a bombshell accusation earlier this week when Eggert announced that Baio, who she co-starred with on the 1980s CBS show, “Charles in Charge,” molested her when she was 14.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Eggert recalled that the first alleged incident happened in Baio’s car when she was an impressionable teen. She also said Baio knew what he was doing was illegal and warned her not to tell anyone.

“We were at his house, in his car, in his garage and he reached over and penetrated me with his finger, and that’s when sexual touching and abuse started after that.”

The story is still developing. Check back with CrimeOnline as additional details become available.
