How were warning signs that a student was planning a massacre at a Florida high school missed? Nikolas Cruz, who is charged with 17 counts of murder, allegedly boasted on social media that he was “going to be a professional school shooter,” yet he was still allowed to purchase an AR-15 rifle investigators say he used in his assault on the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
