URGENT: Endangered missing child in Louisiana

Louisiana police are asking the public’s help in locating a missing four-year-old boy in Claiborne Parish.

The Louisiana State Police announced in a press release that Rondreiz Cortez “Junior” Phillips , 4, has been missing since Thursday. He is considered endangered.

Rondreiz is a black male, about 3 feet tall and 45 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, and black and yellow rubber boots when he was last seen on Thursday 11:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Howard Road, Lisbon, Claiborne Parish.
