In 2010, Ingmar Guandique was convicted of murdering Chandra Levy, an intern whose remains were found in 2002, in Rock Creek Park in Washington D.C.. Guandique was later granted a new trial when it was discovered that a witness lied during testimony. Afterward, prosecutors decided against proceeding with a new case.

Grace and Abrams dig into the Levy case with key guests that include include Brad Garrett, the lead FBI agent on the case; Chad Condit, the son of former Congressman Gary Condit; and Sharae Bacon, a juror in Guandique’s trial.

Criminal Defense Attorney Bernie Grimm also joins in, adding opinions about a female victim that were so controversial that Grace felt compelled to stop him and call his commentary “embarrassing.”
