After Michelle Levine posted a negative Yelp review of her gynecologist, the New York woman found herself the target of a $1 million lawsuit. Do you have a right to call out you doctor
when you think you were mistreated or over charged? Levine shares her story with Nancy Grace in this Crime Stories episode. They are joined by lawyer and psychologist Dr. Brian Russell, Atlanta juvenile judge and lawyer Ashley Willcott, forensics expert Joseph Scott Morgan and CrimeOnline.com reporter Jennifer Dzikowski.

Crime Stories investigative reporter John Lemley joins Nancy to update the story of a Florida woman accused of killing her newborns and then throwing one in the trash. Police body cam video reveals how Rachael Lynn Thomas, 30, at first denied knowing she gave birth to two babies, but later acknowledged she knew she had twins.

“There was only one, I think. I only felt one. Why?” Thomas said to a police officer.

Yet, she changed her story a short time later when interviewed by a detective, admitting she gave birth to two babies.

“They were both dead. Then I got scared,” she said.

Both infants — a girl and a boy — suffered severe blunt-force trauma to their heads, according to detectives.
