At least eight people murdered along Virginia’s historic Colonial Parkway starting in the late 1980s are believed to be the victims of a single killer who is still uncaught. But new evidence is giving hope to family and friends of the victims.

Nancy Grace discusses the case with Bill Thomas, brother of Colonial Parkway serial killer victim Cathleen Thomas, Cold Case Research Institute director Sheryl McCollum, Los Angeles psycho analyst Dr. Bethany Marshall, and reporter Leigh Egan.
