Little boy disappears from neighborhood party as police continue search into 2nd day **FOUND SAFE**

Delaware authorities confirmed an 8-year-old boy who disappeared on Saturday has been be found safe, according to CBS.

Delaware police are searching for an 8-year-old boy who disappeared Saturday while attending a block party in his Wilmington neighborhood.

First Update reports that Yaasir Ames vanished from the 200 block of W 36th Street at 3 p.m. while attending a party off of the 300 block of the same street. His mother, Ramona Grayson, told police she gave the boy permission to attend the party. Wilmington Police have been canvassing the area but so far have been unable to locate the child.

Yaasir is a black male who stands 4 feet tall and weighs around 50 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black Old Navy t-shirt, black and white Vans shoes, and blue shorts.

Anyone with any information on Yassir’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Wilmington Police Department at 302-654-5151, or contact 911.
