In a bizarre Instagram Live video, actress Lindsay Lohan announced a homeless couple were guilty of trafficking their young children when they refused her offer to help them.

TMZ reports the incident occurred in Moscow, where the actress recorded herself as she began speaking to a reported Syrian refugee family who were living on the streets. It’s unclear how Lohan met the family or what prompted her to talk to them.

“Hey everyone, I just want to show you a family that I met,” Lohan said “A Syrian refugee family that I’m really worried about. They really need help.”

Lohan then talked directly to the family, explaining she would “take care” of them.

“You want to come with me? Come with me, I’ll take care of you guys. Do you want to stay in a hotel tonight? Do you want to watch movies? It would be so cool to watch a movie on a TV or a computer.”

As the family seemingly ignored her and kept their distance, Lohan appeared frustrated and followed them. When they failed to comply with her, Lohan accused the parents of trafficking their two young boys.

“Guys, you’re going the wrong way, my car is here, come,” Lohan yelled.

“They’re trafficking children, I won’t leave until I take you, now I know who you are, don’t f— with me.”

Lohan then allegedly tried to grab one of the children’s hands, which prompted the child’s mother to deck the “Freaky Friday” actress in the face.

“I’m like in shock right now, I’m just like so scared,” Lohan said after the attack.
