A former South Carolina cop on the run for 13 years and on the FBI’s “most wanted” list has reportedly been captured in China where he was teaching English under a fake name. Dan Hiers fled the United States after he allegedly shot and killed his wife in their Goose Creek, South Carolina, home in 2005. Her death came after Hiers lost his job with with the Charleston Police Department in the wake of child molestation charges.
