‘Just loosen up’: 17-year-old high school student accused of raping multiple classmates

A teen high school student is facing three felony counts of rape after female classmates accused him of forcing them into sex acts.

Fox 59 reports that Plainville High School student Levi Stewart has been charged as an adult following a report documenting claims that he had been “threatening, intimidating and harassing young female students in his classes to engage in sexual activity with him.”

An August 20, an anonymous tipster alerted the school to rumors that Stewart was about to be the target of physical aggression by a male student who believed that Stewart had been forcing himself on female students and intimidating them.

According to the affidavit obtained by Fox 59, three female students told investigators that Stewart had forced them to engage in sex acts. One girl claimed that Stewart forced her to perform oral sex on him despite her efforts to resist. She said that after she first refused to do it, he “grabbed her and kissed her,” started to remove her clothes, and then forced her head onto his penis.

Another girl says that Stewart forcibly touched her and when she told him to stop, he told her to “just loosen up.” The girls reportedly told investigators that Stewart was also “emotionally aggressive” and manipulative.

The school district issued a statement about Stewart’s arrest.

Plainfield Schools’ officials are aware of the arrest of a Plainfield High School student last month.

High school administrators cooperated fully with law enforcement authorities throughout their investigation.
