VIDEO: 9-year-old black boy accused of ‘sexually assaulting’ white woman in a deli never put his hands on her

The New York Post has obtained surveillance video of an incident that led a woman to call the police on a 9-year-old boy — and it shows there was no incident at all.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, a bystander outside a Flatbush, Brooklyn, deli filmed a white woman on the phone with police after she claimed a 9-year-old black boy had “grabbed her a**.”

In the video, the boy and possibly his younger brother can be heard crying as they stood on the sidewalk with their mother, as multiple people berated the woman for trying to get police involved. One man is saying that the boy accidentally brushed up against her, but the woman on the phone insists that she was “sexually assaulted by a child.”

Surveillance footage from the deli shows that the boy never touched the woman at all — he is seen walking briefly behind her while she is at the cashier, and a shopping bag in his hand appears to brush against her. The soundless video shows that woman appearing to begin her confrontation with the boy and his mother.

According to all available information, police never reported to the deli and the woman dropped the issue as spectators repeatedly told her she was in the wrong.
