Patrick Frazee, fiance of missing Kelsey Berreth, charged with murder — police say another arrest is ‘an absolute possibility’

Authorities in Colorado held a press conference on Friday confirming the arrest of Patrick Frazee, the fiancé of missing mother Kelsey Berreth, who police said at the news briefing they believe is no longer alive.

Law enforcement officials announced that Frazee has been charged with first-degree murder and solicitation for first-degree murder, suggesting there may be additional individuals involved in the alleged crime.

A Woodland Park police representative said that a second arrest “an absolute possibility,” and that investigators believe the crime took place at Kelsey Berreth’s home.

Kelsey and Patrick’s one-year-old daughter Kaylee is in protective custody, authorities said, and is expected to be reunited with Berreth’s family.

Authorities indicated they have an idea where Kelsey’s body may be located but did not provide specifics.

Frazee is in custody in the Teller County jail, and is expected to be charged formally within ten days.
