BREAKING: Missing 3-year-old boy Casey Hathaway found ALIVE!

The search for a 3-year-old North Carolina boy who disappeared three days ago is over.  Authorities found him alive, close to the home he was last seen at.

According to ABC, officials announced that Casey Hathway was located off of Toler and Aurora Roads, close to his grandmother’s Craven County home. He’s been transported to the Carolina East Medical Center in New Bern for a medical evaluation. He’s in good health, according to the FBI.

“Casey has been found alive. He was located by professional search and rescue crews off Toler and Aurora Roads. He is in good health, is talking and being evaluated by doctors at Carolina East Medical Center,” FBI Public Affairs Specialist Shelley Lynch said.

“He is with his family. Thank you all for helping us #FindCasey.”

As CrimeOnline previously reported, over 100 search professionals and law enforcement officers were out looking for Casey on Thursday, after the little boy disappeared from his grandmother’s yard on Tuesday, while playing outside with other children at around 1 p.m.

Craven County Sheriff Chip Hughes said during a press conference on Thursday that he would “not give up” until he found Casey.
