Chicago police are holding a press conference to discuss the charges against ‘Empire’ actor Jussie Smollett, charged on Wednesday with disorderly conduct, as investigators believed he filed a fake police report regarding a purported hate crime on January 29.

The Chicago Police Department also released Smollet’s mugshot Thursday. The actor reportedly turned himself on Thursday morning.
