Newly released security camera video of the last moments of Shannan Watts’ life shows the pregnant mother walking into her Frederick, Colorado, home for the last time.

ABC 6 Action News obtained the footage from the security camera at the front door of the home, showing Shannan approaching the door dragging a suitcase on wheels. Shannan was 15 weeks pregnant at the time, and had just returned home from a business trip in Arizona in the early morning hours of August 13. Her friend and co-worker Nicole had driven her home from the airport.

Shannan and her two daughters, Bella and Celeste, were reported missing the next day. Shannan’s husband Chris Watts was arrested the same week and later pleaded guilty to murdering his family. He is believed to have killed Shannan in their home within hours — perhaps even minutes — of her arrival captured in the video.
