Police find missing woman’s abandoned car, but no signs of her as search enters day five

Police found the car of a missing Illinois woman on Thursday, as volunteer crews continue to search for her.

ABC 3 reports that 20-year-old Brooke Naylor disappeared from Harrisburg on Sunday evening. Police found her car, a Chevrolet Malibu, abandoned on Highway 8, between Route 1 and Route 142, west of the North Fork Saline River.

Brooke’s boyfriend told the outlet that he last saw her at a local Walmart parking lot wearing PINK jogging pants, slippers, and a light jacket. He gathered with around 55 other volunteers on Thursday in Ridgway, Illinois, to help find her, but so far there’s been little clues to her whereabouts.
