URGENT: AMBER Alert issued for missing 2-year-old Wisconsin girl

The little girl is believed to be with man accused of killing her mother — and he is considered armed and dangerous

A desperate search is underway for a missing 2-year-old girl who was taken by a man who is considered armed and dangerous.

NBC News reports that Wisconsin authorities have issued an AMBER Alert for Noelani Robinson, 2, who is believed to be with Dariaz L. Higgins, who reportedly did not return the child to her mother in Milwaukee on Monday as agreed upon.

WISN 12 reports that Higgins is wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of Sierra Robinson, who family members says is the missing girl’s mother. Another woman was also shot and injured, though additional details about the reported shooting are not yet known.

According to the AMBER Alert, Higgins is considered armed and dangerous. The suspect, 33, is described as a black male with brown hair and brown eyes. Higgins reportedly has multiple tattoos, including some on his face, and is traveling in a 2014 black Cadillac with Florida tags, and license plate number HVCZ95.

Authorities did not release information about the clothing Noelani was wearing at the time of the disappearance.
