‘I’m going to punch your face in’: ‘Bachelor ‘creator Mike Fleiss allegedly assaults former Miss America wife, demands she get an abortion

The wife of the man behind “The Bachelor” reality franchise has filed for a restraining order amid allegations that he assaulted her and demanded she get an abortion over 4th of July weekend.

Fox News reports that Mike Fleiss’s wife Laura Fleiss, 31, filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order from her husband earlier this week, claiming that he attacked her at their home in Kaui, Hawaii, over the holiday weekend.

Laura Fleiss, who was crowned Miss America in 2012, is reportedly 10 weeks pregnant.

According to court documents obtained by the news outlet, the woman claimed her husband physically assaulted her and “demanded that I get an abortion.”

In “recent weeks, he has become enraged, due to the fact I am pregnant with our second child,” she reportedly claimed in the court filing, adding that Fleiss has “frequently been verbally abusive towards” her.

The “Bachelor” creator allegedly told his wife he was withdrawing financial support and gave her an ultimatum. According to the documents, Laura Fleiss said her husband did not want to have a second child due to his age of 55 years.

“You are paying for everything with your money; Next time I see you, I don’t want to see your stomach;” he allegedly told her on July 4.

“You have a choice, you can choose. Have an abortion or go back to Wisconsin, but you are not taking Ben [the couple’s 4-year-old son].”

Fox News obtained still images of surveillance footage taken at the Hawaii home that appear to show some type of physical altercation. According to Laura Fleiss’s account reflected in the court documents, Mike Fleiss became aggressive with her on July 6 after she returned to their home, having spent the night at a different location, as they struggled over Laura’s cell phone.

Mike allegedly “grabbed my body, forcibly pinned me up against the wall and held me there,” Laura reportedly said.

“After I broke free, he continued to use his arms and hands to aggressively push me away from him as he walked outside the door, still not returning my phone. Then he walked towards his pick-up truck parked outside in our driveway, shouting ‘I’m going to punch your face in.'”

Mike Fleiss reportedly filed for divorce on July 10. According to the Fox News report, Laura Fleiss was granted a temporary restraining order against her husband, who cannot come within 100 feet of her until their next court date on August 6.
