URGENT! Mom and 2-month-old baby girl vanish after dropping son off at school

The Austin Police Department is asking the public to be on the lookout for a Texas mother and her 2-month-old daughter, who disappeared on Thursday.

According to police, Heidi Broussard was last seen dropping her son off at Cowan Elementary School on Thursday morning at around at 7:30 a.m. KXAN reports that authorities said Broussard and her infant daughter, Margot, likely returned to her home at the Club at Summer Valley apartments off of West William Cannon Drive and South First Street in South Austin, but at some point, disappeared.

At around 6 p.m., the elementary school contacted a family member and said no one picked the child up. The family member subsequently contacted 911.
