Son of ‘Weeds,’ ‘Orange is the New Black’ creator Jenji Kohan dies at age 20 on family trip: Report

The son of well-known TV producer and writer Jenji Kohan has died in a skiing accident in Park City, Utah, Page Six reports.

Authorities confirmed to Page Six that Charlie Noxon, 20, died in the New Year’s Eve accident while he was vacationing with his father, journalist and author Chris Noxon, and two siblings.

“Park City Mountain, Park City Mountain Ski Patrol and the entire Vail Resorts family extend our deepest sympathy and support to our guest’s family and friends,” Park City Mountain Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Goar said in a statement.

The details of the tragic incident are not yet known.

In addition to creating “Weeds” and “Orange is the New Black,” Kohan wrote for “Sex and the City,” “Will and Grace,” and “Gilmore Girls.” She frequently posts photos of her family, including Charlie, on her Instagram account. She and her husband divorced in 2018.
