**FOUND SAFE**: Tot ‘forcefully’ taken by several men, armed with baseball bat & possibly intoxicated [Police]

The Montana Department of Justice has issued an AMBER Alert for a 1-year-old boy “forcefully taken” from his home on Tuesday morning.

19 News reports that toddler Malachai Talley was allegedly taken by 22-year-old Dejarreh Talley and three unknown males early morning Tuesday, from his home in Poplar. According to police, Talley was armed with a baseball bat and the men may have been intoxicated.

All four men got into a small white or silver SUV after taking the child but it’s unclear which direction the vehicle took after leaving. The SUV may possibly have North Dakota plates, according to police.

Dejarrah was last seen wearing a white or gray onesie. He stands 2 feet tall, weighs around 25 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
