Monday Crime Stories: Family outraged after South Dakota TOP COP mows down pedestrian & says, ‘I thought it was a deer!’

Joe Boever’s are demanding answers as to why their loved one laid in a ditch for 22 hours after being struck by a car driven by Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg. Ravnsborg struck and killed the man walking along a rural stretch of highway. Ravnsborg called 911 saying he thought he had hit a deer, driving home from a Republican fundraiser.
