Prospective buyer jumps from penthouse balcony during real estate tour at luxury Hollywood highrise: Report

A prospective buyer reportedly jumped to their death during a real estate showing at a multimillion-dollar unit in West Hollywood, Los Angeles.

According to the New York Post, the unidentified person was viewing a listing on one of Sierra Tower’s highest floors on Monday with a real estate agent. When the realtor turned their back, the person reportedly climbed over a balcony and jumped.

The building has been home to A-list celebrities like Britney Spears and Elton John, and at least one witness who saw the body on the ground is included among the celebrity tenants, though not identified in the report.

The real estate company managing the listing is reportedly owned by Paris Hilton’s father Rick Hilton.

A representative from the real estate company and the building management declined to comment for the New York Post article.
