Police search for teen girl missing for 3 weeks, issue warning to anyone who may be ‘hiding’ her

Police are asking the public’s help in the search for a 15-year-old Ohio girl who has been missing since mid-November.

According to WJW, police in Lorain, Ohio, said in a Facebook post that Jada Elizabeth Russo went missing three weeks ago, and that her parents believe she is possibly being sheltered by friends or other family members. The teen may be in the company of her sister Hailee Russo. The Facebook post did not include Hailee’s age or any details about the relationship between the sisters.

“Jada’s parents are very concerned for her well-being,” Lorain County law enforcement wrote in the Facebook post.

The post also included a message of warning in capital letters:” ***ANYBODY WHO HIDES JADA OR PREVENTS HER FROM BEING FOUND IS COMMITTING A CRIME AND WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY***”

Jada is described in the report as 5 feet two inches tall and weighing 112 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information about Jada’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Lorain Police Department at (440)204-2100.
