MISSING: Police say teen girl could be in grave danger if not found immediately

Texas authorities are searching for information that will lead to the whereabouts of a teen girl missing for days.

CBS 3 reports that 15-year-old Grace Leann Carter was reported missing on December 29 after vanishing from a home in Jewett, off of County Road 362. According to police, Grace was last seen at the home at around 12:30 a.m. She was reported missing at around 7:30 a.m. the same morning.

Grace is described as a white female who stands 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs around 190 pounds. She has green eyes, wears glasses, and was last seen wearing grey shoes and a dark-color hoodie. Grace also has a small scar on the side of her nose.

“Based on information received in their investigation, local authorities believe Grace to be in danger if she is not recovered soon,” a message from the Amber Alert Network Brazos Valley read.

“They believe that people in the local area may know her location and are asking for information that can help bring her home safely and quickly.”

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Leon County Sheriff’s Office at 903-536-2749.
