Six people are dead and another is fighting for their life after an apparent mass shooting at a home in Oklahoma early Tuesday.
According to Fox 23 News, police responded to a call of a shooting at a Muskogee residence. Arriving to the scene, responding officers found a suspect, identified only as a male, holding a firearm. One officer shot at the suspect but missed, and the suspect fled on foot. He was apprehended a short time later.
Inside the home, police found three young children and an adult male dead. Another child and an adult female were seriously injured. The child later died after being airlifted to a hospital, and the woman remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not yet identified any of the victims. This is a developing story and all information is preliminary. CrimeOnline will provide further updates when more information is available.
