The Panola County Sheriff’s Office in Texas is assisting in the search for a missing Mississippi woman after her abandoned car was located in Carthage.

KSLA News 12 reports that 32-year-old Rachael Ann Wallace was reported missing on February 26 from Southaven, Mississippi. Friends and family reportedly said that they haven’t been able to get in contact with Wallace, who works as a first responder for the Southaven Fire Department.

Panola County authorities found Wallace’s silver 2016 Nissan Rogue abandoned in the county on February 27. According to a Facebook post by a family member, Wallace’s phone and belongings were found inside her car.

This feels like a nightmare that I can’t wake up from. Please help us find my sister. She’s been missing since Friday…

Wallace is described as a white female who stands 5-feet-3-inches tall and weighs around 160-180 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
