Police ask for help in search for endangered missing man

Police in Miami are asking for the public’s help finding an endangered missing man who suffers from dementia.

As WSVN reports, Martel Thompson, 80, has been missing since Monday. Thompson reportedly has dementia and was last seen at a Family Dollar store near North Miami Avenue and Northeast 54th Street.

According to the report, Thompson is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light-colored short-sleeved shirt, dark pants and a dark-colored hat. He was also wearing a blue mask.
