Lori Vallow’s current husband Chad Daybell will not be prosecuted for any possible role in an alleged murder plot to kill Vallow’s ex-husband Charles Vallow.
According to AZFamily.com, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office (MCAO) will not prosecute Daybell in Charles Vallow’s death because there is “no reasonable likelihood of conviction,” the prosecutor’s office said. Police in Chandler, Arizona, had recommended charges for both Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell.
Vallow has been indicated on a charge of conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Charles Vallow. Her brother, Alex Cox, fatally shot Charles in July 2019, claiming self-defense But an arrest affidavit shows that Cox waited nearly 45 minutes to call 911 after shooting Charles, while Lori allegedly went to Burger King.
Cox died in December 2019 of what authorities said were natural causes. Court documents show that investigators believe Cox was also involved in the killings of Lori Vallow’s children Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow.
