Mother Kills Tot, Stabs Husband & Teen Daughter After ‘Vision’ Tells Her COVID Shot Takers Will ‘Go to Hell’: Reports

A 15-month-old girl is dead and two of her family members are in the hospital after a Florida woman allegedly attacked her own family on Monday.

The incident happened in Miami-Dade County at a home close to Northwest 99th Street and 30th Avenue. At around 9 p.m., police began receiving calls from neighbors about screaming coming from the home, as well as a call from someone inside the residence.

Local 10 News reports that neighbors said a 38-year-old woman who lives inside the home knocked on a neighbor’s home earlier that day while carrying a toddler on her hip. The woman’s neighbor, Thelma Sloan, said the woman came over to warn her about COVID vaccinations.

“She said, ‘Ms. Sloan, have you taken a shot? Please don’t take those shots. I got a vision today from God. And he said anybody who take a shot was going to hell,’” Sloan told the outlet.

Around seven hours later, the woman allegedly stabbed her teen daughter and husband. Both victims were rushed to the Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, where their condition is unknown. The 15-month-old was killed the same night. Police have not yet said how the toddler died.

“We’re waiting for the medical examiner’s office to be able to provide us a cause of death for the 15-month-old,” Detective Alvaro Zabaleta reportedly said.

Miami Herald reports that when police attempted to detain the woman, she emerged from her home with “self-inflicted stab wounds,” but was then taken into custody without incident.

Police said four other children were in the home on the night in question, but managed to escape.

”It’s a very sad day when a 15-month old loses her life to domestic violence, but considering there were six children in the house, this could have been much worse,” Zabaleta said.

Neighbors reportedly said that the woman seemed like a loving mother and they wouldn’t have expected this from her.
