Alex Murdaugh, whose wife and son were found murdered at their South Carolina home, is life-flighted to a hospital after being shot in the head while changing a tire. Murdaugh checked himself out of the hospital and we learn the head wound is superficial.

Now, we learn that the lawyer resigned from his family’s law firm the day before he was shot and is now being investigated for misappropriating funds. Today on Crime Stories with Nancy Grace, as forensic accounting is being done at the firm we learn that reportedly Maggie Murdaugh, the murdered wife of Alex Murdaugh, ordered a forensic accounting of her own into the family’s finances.
