Tara Calico, 19, left her Belen, New Mexico, home around 9:30 a.m. She was off for a 34-mile round trip bike ride, on a route she frequently took. Calico was never heard from again, but a picture surfaces of a woman in a van, bound and gagged. Is it Tara Calico?
