AMBER Alert: 6-Year-Old Girl and Her Mother May Have Been Kidnapped Together, Suspect is ‘Armed and Dangerous’

Authorities in Georgia have issued an AMBER Alert for a 6-year-old girl who police believe is being held against her will along with her mother.

Sources from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation told KKTV that Rachel Zecena, 6, and her mother, Balvanera Esperanz Parada-Olivas, 45, may have both been kidnapped by Rachel’s father Alexis R. Zecena-Lopez, 55.

The 6-year-old girl has not been seen since Sunday evening. The report does not include her last known location, though it indicates the girl lives in Curmming. It is unclear if investigators believe the suspect and the missing mother and child are still in Georgia. Police reportedly said that Zecena-Lopez may be armed and that he should be considered dangerous.

Zecena-Lopez is believed to be driving a 2016 Black Ford Focus with Georgia license plate RVX9470, according to KKTV. Both mother and daughter have black hair and brown eyes. Parada-Olivias is described at 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. A clothing description was not immediately available.

Anyone with possible information is urged to immediately call 911 or the Cumming Police Department at 770-781-3087.
