Missing: Young Boy Abducted from Home by Unrelated Suspect, Police Say

Police in Indiana are searching for a young boy who was reportedly abducted by a woman who isn’t related to him and didn’t have permission to take him anywhere.

Horlbens Charles, 6, was last seen on March 18 at his home in the 10100 block of Ellis Drive in Indianapolis. Flaurene Fenelon is accused of taking the child without his father’s permission. She was last seen driving a  driving a blue, four-door Kia.

Fenelon is described as a Black female who stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds, NBC 13 reports. Horlbens is described as a Black male who stands 3 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 50 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes.

Anyone with information on the pair’s whereabouts should call 911 or the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317.327.6160, or email at missingpersonstips@Indy.Gov. Anonymous tipsters should call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317.262.8477 or (TIPS).
