Connecticut police issued a Silver Alert for a missing boy who vanished from Hartford on Tuesday.
According to the Hartford Police Department, 11-year-old Gabriel Koivogui was last seen wearing a white shirt and red pants. They issued the alert at around 5:12 a.m. this morning, Patch reports.
Gabriel is described as a Black male who stands 4-feet-9-inches tall and weighs 155 pounds.
