Update: Police Obtain Warrant to Take Physical Custody of Missing North Carolina Boy

A warrant has been issued in connection with a missing North Carolina boy, giving law enforcement permission to take the child into their custody once he’s found, NBC 4 reports.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office said this week that Bryson Blake Holland was last seen off of Mockingbird Lane in Forest City. Deputies said he could with Todd  “T.J.” Conner, Jr. The relationship between the pair is not known at this time.

“A warrant has been issued directing law enforcement to take immediate physical custody of Bryson Blake Holland, resulting from a child custody order filed in Rutherford County,” Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday.

Conner Jr. also has an outstanding arrest warrant “on an unrelated charge,” according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies added that the child, who has brown hair and brown eyes, could be around McDowell and Rutherford counties, in the Sugar Hill and Whitehouse communities. His hair may have been dyed blonde.

Anyone with information on Bryson’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office at 828-286-2911 or Crime Stoppers at 828-286-TIPS.
