According to the Riverfront Times, police arrested Deshawn Thomas after a video surfaced Monday, showing him loading a gun before shooting a man in the head. The incident happened in the 700 block of North Tucker Boulevard, police said.

Police received a call at around 10:10 a.m. from someone who said a man who appeared to be in his 40s was sitting on a sidewalk curb when the suspect shot him. The pair reportedly had an argument earlier that morning at a nearby Shell gas station.
