FOUND SAFE: 2-year-old Tot Abducted from Babysitter’s Home, Ohio Woman Arrested

UPDATE

A 2-year-old Ohio boy has been found safe in Evanston on Friday, and the woman accused of taking him is currently in police custody, according to NBC 5.

Original Story

Hamilton County law enforcement in Ohio issued an AMBER Alert Thursday after a woman living with his babysitter reportedly took him.

According to police, Brandon Rozier Jr. was last seen at around  5 a.m. Thursday, at a babysitter’s home off Sterling Avenue in North College Hill. Lucy Renee Bullock, 22, who lives with the babysitter, is accused of taking the child without permission.

Brandon’s mother told police she dropped her son off at the babysitter’s home Thursday morning but when she returned to pick him up, he was already gone. She added that the babysitter is the child’s great aunt, Fox 19 reports.

The North College Hill Police Department said Bullock could be driving a Black 2009 Saturn SUV with Ohio license plate JVU5960. A neighbor’s doorbell camera caught Bullock leaving in the vehicle with Brandon.

“We believe the suspect is still in the area,” North College Hill Police Chief Ryan Schrand said. “We believe Lucy does not have a lot of resources. She doesn’t have any money. She doesn’t have anywhere else to go.”

Brandon is described as a Black male who stands 2-feet tall and weighs around 25 pounds. He was last seen wearing a Black t-shirt and law enforcement believe him to be in danger.

Anyone with information on Brandon’s whereabouts is urged to contact 911.
